HUNIHOODS Shipping Policy

Every piece is produced on demand and shipped from our production partner in the United States.

Production time: 2–7 business days after order confirmation. Premium all-over-print pieces typically take the full 5–7 days.

Domestic (US) shipping: 3–5 business days after production via USPS or UPS. Total time from order to door: usually 7–12 business days.

International shipping: available to most countries. Delivery typically 7–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs clearance. Customs duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping rates: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping promotions are announced periodically — sign up for the list to hear first.

Tracking: you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the facility.

Lost or stuck packages: if tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), email hunihoods@gmail.com and we’ll open a carrier investigation.

Wrong address: orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we can’t reroute.
